Delivery Policy
Local Delivery
Delivery for Malaysian Customers is easy and quick, for most of the items. We are using courier service companies such as Skynet, Nationwide, Post Laju and etc. With more than 10 year of shipping experience, we are confident with our packing methods. You may find every item has indications as below:

“Next Day Delivery”
Means the Items are ordered online via shopping cart. If payment is received before 2.00pm, we will deliver on the same working day, and you'll receive on the next working day. The payment shall include Estimate Shipping Cost.

“Working day”
means from Monday to Friday. If you order on Friday, we will deliver on Monday

“Public Holiday”
For any Public Holiday falls on weekday, we will send out on the next working day. For e.g., if your payment made on Monday after 2pm and the public holiday falls on Tuesday, we will send out on Wednesday.

“Self-Pickup”
means You can choose to have self-pick up from our Warehouse. You may call to arrange

ANONYMITY
Eyepad.my customers have the right to remain anonymous except in circumstances where personal information is required to complete a credit card or account transaction. Eyepad.my will not disclose the sender information to the recipient unless specifically requested to do so by the customer.

International Delivery
Delivery time for international consignments vary according to destinations.

When will I receive my order?
After you have successfully placed your order, our Customer Care team will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by email.

After successful verified you may expect to receive your order within the following time frame:
  • Major town area: Shipping may take 1-3 business days from the date of shipment.
  • Non-major town area: Shipping may take 3 – 10 working days from the date of shipment

Domestic shipment
International shipment: Transit times from Malaysia may take 3 - 10 business days, delivery time for international consignments vary according to destinations.

Please Note:
In all domestic shipping options, Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays. Selected products will not be shipped on every Friday of the month to avoid any miscarriage occurring.

All transit times specified by logistic company are subject to Customs clearance. Custom duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges as stated.

How do I track my order?
To track your order, please use the Tracking Number/ID sent to you in the confirmation email. As a precaution, please keep the receipt of the delivered products. We use trusted and secured courier services to ensure your orders are delivered in good condition and on time.

Out-of-Stock Products
We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, if the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you within one business day of your order.

Domestic shipment
