Distributor Terms and Conditions
  1. Full details are required for Distributor registration.

  2. Distributor is required to purchase min 16 box (1 carton) upon signing up. Distributor account will be setup upon receipt of full payment only.

  3. Eyepad.my shall provide the followings upon acceptance of your registration: -
    1. Distributor Online Account (Order management, shipping tracking, online payment etc.)
    2. Drop Ship Management
    3. Marketing Collateral use to support the sales of a product. (such as Promotion video, digital advertisement banner and images.)
    4. Customer Support via phone or email

  4. You may determine your own selling price for your client under your company invoices but NOT lower than the Distributor price.

  5. Products sold are not refundable.

  6. Exchange is onvly allowed for defective or damage product. Exchange of defects or faulty product is only allowed for unopened items in the original packaging within 7 working days with receipt or proof of purchase.

  7. Distributor should promptly contact us with details of product (capture photo or video) and the defect or damage cause. You are required to send the item to: 38, Jalan Menteri Besar 2, Sekinchan Business Center, 45400 Sekinchan, Selangor.

  8. Operative Distributor will be fully responsible & co-ordinate with the end customer. Eyepad.my will not dealing to Distributor’s customer directly.

  9. Distributor is required to inform HQ（eyepad.my）of their selling price and any current or upcoming promotion. As HQ might have to inform all distributors on any ongoing promotion or any promotion that will be carried on.

  10. Distributor is required to make a minimum order of 3 boxes within every 6 months. If distributor does not fulfill the requirement, he or she will require to purchase a minimum order of 1 carton, in order to continue enjoy the distributor price.

  11. Distributor is duties bound to honour and understands all the terms & conditions and strictly observe at all times.

Customer Terms and Conditions
  1. All prices quoted are excluding taxes (e.g. WHT, VAT, GST, etc.). Any payments made are not refundable.

  2. Eyepad.my will not be responsible or liable for any damages incurred, directly or indirectly, from any errors, omissions or discrepancies between the material and the information contained in these products.

  3. The customer is responsible for complying with all the obligations and responsibilities of use of the products. Eyepad.my cannot ensure that the products will or can be misused by the Distributor or any Third Party.

  4. Eyepad.my shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, charge or fee caused directly or indirectly by any delay of the shipping of product.

  5. All Eyepad.my products price are valid up to 30 days from the dated stated in the product price.

  6. Eyepad.my reserves the right to amend and withdraw promotions and prices without prior notice.

  7. Eyepad.my reserves the right to change specifications or information without prior notice.

  8. This publication may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors.

  9. The above terms and conditions may be subject to the rules and regulations in each country and technological upgrade.

  10. The Eyepad.my product price and info is subject to change without prior notice. No part of this document may be reproduced, developed or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, for any purpose, without the express written permission of Eyepad.my.
