All of our products sold in good condition are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Kindly refer to the below requirements for processing a return and replacement.

Damaged | The product is damaged in delivery |
Missing items/parts | Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging |
- It is within Seven (7) days from the receiving date.
- You have proof of purchase (Order Number, Invoice, Bank Statement and Delivery Order.)
- The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list (Please refer to below)
- The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards and certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed.
- All sealed items must not be opened.
- Postage for exchange product will be paid by Customer
Item are not allowed for return and replace or exchange after 7 days upon receipt.
